Tenet Healthcare Corporation, rejecting an attempt by a health care system and its hospitals to vacate an arbitration award finding that they retaliated against physicians who raised complaints regarding patient safety and Medicare/Medicaid fraud. Business Insurance now reports that the healthcare system has appealed the lower court’s decision to the Sixth Circuit.
