This article by Joel Kurtzberg, Adam Mintz and Grace McAllister of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, published in Lexology, discusses Compania de Inversiones Mercantiles, S.A. v. Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua S.A.B. de C.V., No. 19-1151, 2020 WL 4743833 (10th Cir. 2020), in which the court “joined the Second, Third, Fourth, and Ninth Circuits in holding that courts must look to defendants’ contacts with the forum that arose during the underlying dispute.”
